At Moments By Max, we deliver and set up marquee letters and numbers from our home base in Glenside, Montgomery County, for events across Philadelphia and the tri-state area. Two styles of light-up letters: LED neon and classic bulb

LED neon marquee letters

Our LED neon marquees are the bold, colorful option. Each one can switch between 100+ colors and patterns and can sync to music. You change colors from a phone app (Apple and Android) or a remote, so you can match your theme or let them dance with the DJ. They're made from lightweight aluminum with a glossy white finish, and they come in our standard 3.5 ft size or a 1.5 ft mini size.

Classic bulb marquee letters

Love that vintage, Hollywood look? Go with classic bulb. Each one comes with classic white bulbs, and we can change the bulb color for no added cost. They're made from lightweight wood with a glossy white or black finish, our bulbs are shatterproof, and classic bulb marquees work indoors and outdoors (outdoors in light rain only, winds under 20 mph, with an indoor backup plan). They come in three sizes: large 5 ft, standard 3.5 ft and mini 1.5 ft.

Marquee letter sizes

• Large, 5 ft tall: classic bulb only.

• Standard, 3.5 ft tall: available in LED neon and classic bulb.

• Mini, 1.5 ft tall: available in LED neon and classic bulb.

Width depends on the letter or number, so a "W" takes up more room than an "I." Marquees can also be stacked for an added fee. Not sure what fits? Ask us when you request a quote.

Marquee numbers, names and custom inserts

Our marquee numbers rental works just like letters, so you can spell out an age, a graduation year, a wedding date or your initials. You can also dress up 3.5 ft LED or bulbed marquees with marquee inserts. They fit into the center of the marquee and change the whole background, with solid colors, patterns or custom designs for your brand, company or theme. Ask us for the full list of options.

Need something we don't have? We offer custom-built marquees for rent or purchase. We also carry other light-up decor, like a vintage bulbed marquee sign with a custom insert and an LED round arch or tunnel.

Marquee letters for weddings, birthdays, graduations and corporate events

How marquee rental works

1. Pick your style. Browse the options on our marquee letter rental page and decide what you want to spell.

2. Request a quote. Fill out the inquiry form at the bottom of any offer page and we'll send a quote within 48 business hours. Friday to Sunday is our busy time, so replies can take a little longer then.

3. Book early. Reach out as soon as you know your date so we can plan your marquees. If your date is close, ask anyway. We'll do our best to fit in last-minute requests for an additional fee.

4. We deliver and set up. Our team brings your marquees and sets them up. If you'd like to keep them longer, just ask about longer rental periods. Setups or breakdowns between 12 AM and 5 AM have an additional fee.

Planning tips: power, space and weather

Power. All of our marquees need electricity. A standard outlet works, and we bring extension cords. We suggest having power within about 20 ft and knowing where it is before we arrive. No power on site, like at a park? We can provide a generator for an extra cost.

Space. Marquees need a level surface. Please don't move them after setup; call or text us and we'll help. Attaching balloons or decor? Use painters tape first, never strong adhesives.

Weather. Our marquees can be placed outdoors with some limits. We won't set up outside in bad weather, so have an indoor backup plan, and make sure your venue allows marquees outside.

We're based in Glenside, PA, and serve Philadelphia and the tri-state area, including all of New Jersey, all of Delaware and the surrounding shore points. Parts of New York and Maryland are available for an additional fee.

Are your marquees made in the USA?

Yes. All of our letters are proudly made in the USA by our fabricators.
