What are your marquees made out of?

LED Neon Marquees - lightweight aluminum finished with a glossy white paint 
Classic Bulb Marquees - lightweight wood finished with a glossy white or black paint

All of our marquees are made and manufactured in the USA.

Question 3

Can they be placed outdoors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our marquees can be placed outdoors with some limitations! 
We ask that you please review the following guidelines for outdoor decor regarding marquees and rentals.
1. Our marquees can withstand LIGHT rain only, with winds up to 20mph. Anything more than 20mph; we can refuse the right to set up outside. 
2. Have a backup plan for indoors inside of inclement weather! We will NOT set up outside if there is inclement weather. We want to make sure your event still happens with our decor, so please have a backup plan. 
3. Make sure your event location allows the marquees outside.
4. Make sure that the location that the marquees are going has power. The marquee require power to turn on so we suggest having power within 20ft; we have extension cords if needed for a further distance of power. If no power is on site, we can pride a generator for an extra cost.

These recommendations are based on our experience and expertise. We highly suggest following our tips if you want to make you display last as long as possible!

How long can we rent them out for?

Our rental period is for 24hrs. If you want to keep them longer, we offer discounted rates for longer rental periods. Please inquire for more information.

Any set ups or breakdowns between the hours of 12AM to 6AM will be subject to an additional fee.

Question 5

Can other balloon artists and event planners use our marquees?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely - we are here to help! We want to make sure all can enjoy our marquees.  We ask those to follow our simple guidelines below.

1) Treat our marquees like they are your own! Be gentle, be courteous and be mindful. 
2) PLEASE DO NOT move our marquees after we finish set up. If you need to move them for any reason, please call/text us and we can either come back to help or instruct on how to move forward.
3) PLEASE DO NOT use any strong adhesives or permanent solutions on our marquees. If you want to attach balloons or something to our marquees, we ask that you use painters tape first and then apply your connection. The painters tape comes off easily and won't damage them.
4) PLEASE DO NOT mess with or change any of the electrical wires in the back of the marquees. All of our marquees are set up with extension cords. If you mess with them, you can mess with your set up and how it looks.
5) All marquees must be set up on level surfaces to stand up. We do not set up on anything uneven or unstable. 
6) For our bulbed marquees, PLEASE DO NOT take out the bulbs (unless instructed). All of our bulbs are shatterproof, but they can still get damaged if messed with.

What areas do you serve?

We are primarily located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and proudly serve Philadelphia and the tristate area! This includes all of North Jersey and South Jersey, all of Delaware, and the surrounding shore points. When required, we also service farther distances like parts of New York and Maryland for an additional fee.

How do I place an order or request a quote?

Placing an order is simple! You can request a quote with our inquiry form at the bottom of any offer page, and we'll get back to you with a quote within 48 business hours!

How far in advance should I place my order?

Accepted Answer

While we do ask for at least 1 week notice before any event, we understand that things come up last minute. When you order early, we have time to prepare the best possible display with the least amount of stress involved for all parties. However, we will try our best to accommodate last-minute requests for an additional fee.

Can we meet up beforehand?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We encourage on-site meetings to review important details prior to your event, especially if you intend to go all out with a big order. Our meetings are by appointment only via email info@momentsbymax.com (info@momentsbymax.com)or you can let us know you would like to schedule a meeting in the "Anything else we should know?" portion of our inquiry form.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept many forms of payment including debit or credit via PayPal or Zelle, as well as check and cash. We ask that you please ensure you are able to pay via one of these options before placing your order to avoid delays.

We love to work with others in the industry! Since we are constantly growing, we're always looking for new opportunities to work together. Content
All content made or created by Moments by Max is exclusively created for you, the client, and no one else. We do not and will not copy someone else’s work. We ask that if our content is posted online, we are credited for it appropriately and accordingly. We have the right to take photographs at the event and to use/post them on our website and social media outlets.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither Moments by Max nor the Client incur a liability to each other for failing to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure results from a force majeure or any forces beyond reasonable control.
 
Weather
Moments by Max is not responsible for inclement weather, or any other situations that may cancel or postpone your event. Please note that Moments by Max will make every effort to accommodate date changes as permitted by our schedule.
 
Injuries to Staff
If incapacitating illness, injury, or emergency inhibits Moments by Max from performing on the specific event date, then a notice will be filed, and the deposit will be returned to the client.
 
Injuries to Clients
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to our décor caused by mischief or mishandling by the Client, guests, or site staff. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Moments by Max harmless of and from all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys' fees and costs, to the extent caused by or arising out of or relating to the work of Moments by Max.
 
Equipment
We use professional equipment and materials as intended for its particular purpose within all our designs. To limit your risk of damage we recommend that all décor, equipment, and any other items remain in the position and location they are ordered for, installed in, or placed in.
 
Performance & Harm
If Moments by Max feels that the contract has been breached, and is not able to provide décor services on the date on the event due to weather, injury to our staff or the client, not enough time given to complete the task, violence or any other aspect affecting our ability to perform the task at hand, we are permitted to leave the event location with full payment.
