MADE FOR YOUR EVENT
Arches designed around your event
No two events are the same, so no two of our arches are either. We start with your vision (colors, theme, venue and guest count) and build a design that makes an unforgettable first impression. From a soft, organic arch over a dessert table to a towering entrance piece at a corporate event, each design is custom-made for your event.
We use 100% biodegradable, natural latex balloons. They're better for our ecosystem, and they give a richness of color and finish you can't get from synthetic balloons.
ORGANIC, CLASSIC & CUSTOM
Balloon arch styles
Organic balloon arches
Organic arches mix balloon sizes and clusters for a full, free-flowing look. They're perfect for photo backdrops, ceremony moments and entryways. We can add marquee letters for an elevated finish.
Classic balloon arches
Clean, structured and timeless. Classic arches use a uniform, repeating balloon pattern and work well for school events, graduations and grand openings where you want a bold, crisp statement.
Themed and custom arches
Ice cream parlors, stars, sports teams, brand colors: if you can picture it, we can build it. Our custom sculptures have included Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies themed pieces, and we love bringing a creative concept to life.
Arches paired with backdrops
Make it a full photo moment. Pair your arch with shimmer walls, floral walls or backdrop frames from our event rentals collection.

GOOD TO KNOW
Balloon arch FAQs
How much does a balloon arch cost in Philadelphia?
Every arch is custom, so pricing depends on size, style, balloon count and delivery location. Request a quote and we'll send options that fit your vision and budget.
How far in advance should I book my balloon arch?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend events, because Friday through Sunday is our busiest time.
Can balloon arches go outdoors?
Yes, with some planning. Heat, wind and rain all affect balloons outdoors, so share your venue details when you inquire and we'll talk through placement and timing with you.
Do you offer latex-free balloon décor?
Yes. If you need latex-free décor for your event, just let us know when you request your quote.
Do you deliver balloon arches to New Jersey and Delaware?
Yes. We serve Philadelphia and the tri-state area, including all of New Jersey, Delaware and the shore points. Farther locations in New York and Maryland are available for an additional fee.
Can I add marquee letters or a backdrop to my arch?
Yes. Our arches pair well with our light-up marquee letters and event rentals like shimmer walls, floral walls and backdrop frames.
