What areas do you serve?

We are primarily located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and proudly serve Philadelphia and the tristate area! This includes all of Jersey, all of Delaware, and the surrounding shore points. When required, we also service farther distances like parts of New York and Maryland for an additional fee.

How do I place an order or request a quote?

Placing an order is simple! You can request a quote with our inquiry form at the bottom of any offer page, and we'll get back to you with a quote within 48 business hours! Please note that our busy time is Friday to Sunday, so expect delays.

How big are your inflatables?

All of our inflatable decor and sports game come in various shapes and sizes. The dimensions of each inflatable is listed with the specific item.

Are our inflatable decor options safe for all ages?

Accepted Answer

All of our decor options are safe for children 10+ and up, or accomplice by an adult 18+ years or older. Unlike our games, we highly suggest that our decor items are not touched, moved or played with during your event for the safety of those attending.

Are our inflatable games safe for all ages?

Accepted Answer

Most of our games are suited for children 10+ and up, or accomplice by an adult 18+ years or older. All of our game clear age recommendation and safety features, allowing them to be used by any age 10+ an up. All of our games have protective barriers and are secured down to the ground so the do not move while being interacted with.

What should the surrounding area be like around the inflatable(s)?

Inflatable Decor: This depends on the type of set up being displayed. All of our inflatable arches, columns and backdrops should be on a flat service on the grass (for us to anchor into the ground) or on concrete (for outdoors)/flat service (for indoors). All of our inflatable balls and specfically shapes can be used over a variety of service. The flatter the service the better the result!Inflatable Games: All of our games need to be on a flat and level surface. For outdoor purposes, we highly recommend the grass so we can anchor them down and for indoor purposes, we highly recommend a flat service like a gym floor or something similar.For all types of inflatables, the area around it should be clear or debris, other items or rentals (unlessed approved by MBM team), and not near any pointy or sharp objects.

Should someone be supervising the inflatable games when on display?

Yes, an adult of someone 18+ years or older should always be present to supervise and ensure safety while playing our games. *Please note that a MBM team member WILL NOT be on site during your rental period. Please use safety.

Do our inflatables have a weight limit?

Accepted Answer

Inflatable Decor: Under no circumstances should ANYONE be touching, climbing or moving these items.Inflatable Games: While most of our games do not allow people to climb them, some of them do. A maximum weight of 500 pounds is recommending if needing to climn on them.

How much electricity does the electric blower use to power the inflatable games?

If you have the electric blower on for an entire day, it will cost you under $1.

Can I pick up the inflatables myself to save money?

Accepted Answer

No. Per our insurance policy, we do not allow any clients to pick up, set up or breakdown any of our inflatables. We will do all of this for you.

What if it rains during my event?

Accepted Answer

Inflatable Decor: If any of the decor items require electricity, we will contact you for further instruction. For our big inflatable balls (and items similar), most of these are waterproof and can be left outside in the rain. If the weather gets worse, we will come move the items indoors or break them down.Inflatable Games: All of our games require electricity to power the fans. With this, if it rains or the weather gets worse, we will contact you for further instruction or come move the items indoors (if possible), or break down them until the weather passes.*We have the right to come break down any an all inflatables in inadequate weather.

How often are your inflatables cleaned?

All of our inflatable decor and games are cleaned before each use. If we notice that they are dirty onsite, we will clean them.

Question 13

What if my event got cancelled? Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event are eligible for a credit toward a future event of equal or lesser value. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for credit or refund. All payments made via PayPal or Venmo may include processing fees, which are non-refundable.MBM Cancellations: If Moments by Max must cancel your event, one of the following resolutions will be provided: - A full or partial refund (excluding processing fees) - A replacement balloon artist (if available) - A full credit toward a future event. All refunds will be processed within 30 days via the original payment method unless otherwise discussed.

We ask that if our content is posted online, we are credited for it appropriately and accordingly. We have the right to take photographs at the event and to use/post them on our website and social media outlets. Limitation of LiabilityNeither Moments by Max nor the Client incur a liability to each other for failing to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure results from a force majeure or any forces beyond reasonable control. WeatherMoments by Max is not responsible for inclement weather, or any other situations that may cancel or postpone your event. Please note that Moments by Max will make every effort to accommodate date changes as permitted by our schedule. Injuries to StaffIf incapacitating illness, injury, or emergency inhibits Moments by Max from performing on the specific event date, then a notice will be filed, and the deposit will be returned to the client. Injuries to ClientsWe are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to our décor caused by mischief or mishandling by the Client, guests, or site staff. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Moments by Max harmless of and from all claims, demands, losses, causes of action, damage, lawsuits, judgments, including attorneys' fees and costs, to the extent caused by or arising out of or relating to the work of Moments by Max. EquipmentWe use professional equipment and materials as intended for its particular purpose within all our designs. To limit your risk of damage we recommend that all décor, equipment, and any other items remain in the position and location they are ordered for, installed in, or placed in. Performance & HarmIf Moments by Max feels that the contract has been breached, and is not able to provide décor services on the date on the event due to weather, injury to our staff or the client, not enough time given to complete the task, violence or any other aspect affecting our ability to perform the task at hand, we are permitted to leave the event location with full payment.
